Mineral Area Regional Medical Center and its staff care about our patients and what happens to them during their stay. Patients, and designees, are encouraged to contact the office of Administration at 573-701-7374 during regular business hours to voice a grievance/concern. After hours a grievance/concern may be left on the administrative confidential voice mail system at 573-701-7374. The grievance/concern will then be documented and directed to the appropriate department director for investigation and evaluation.

Prompt attention will be taken concerning any matters brought to our attention. Every attempt will be made to address the problem and respond to your concern in writing within 7 business days identifying the steps taken in the investigation and its results.
Concerns about patient care or quality of our services not addressed by a call to our hospital leaders may be directed to the Capella Hotline at 866-384-4276, the local health department at 573-431-1947 or Primaris, the Missouri Quality Improvement Organization, will accept grievances/concerns directly regardless of whether you have accessed the Hospital’s grievance/concern process.
